With only three months until The Whisky Exchange Whisky Show we’ve started to finalise our plans, and are pleased to be able to announce our first Mini-Masterclass - A Beginner’s Guide to Whisky with Simon and Franchi from Simply Whisky.
Simon and Franchi are old friends of The Whisky Exchange, having led one of our most legendary tasting evenings of 2011 as well as MC-ing our Burns Night extravaganza earlier in the year. Their non-traditional approach to whisky tasting coupled with a healthy sense of humour and a love of spectacle means that you never entirely know what’s going to happen, other than that you’ll get to try some great whisky.
The class is perfect for anyone visiting The Show for the first time, people who are new to the world of whisky or those who want a few tips on how to get the most out of the day. It’s free and you’ll be able to sign up for a place on the day of The Show. Spaces will be limited, though, so we advise getting to The Show early and getting your name on the list as soon as you can.
